Pixel & Timber is looking for people in the greater Cincinnati area currently dealing with crawling insects — ants, roaches, house centipedes, spiders, or similar — who bought a bait, trap, or other treatment within the last 30 days and haven't opened it yet. One researcher will visit your home, at a time you choose, for less than an hour to see the problem firsthand and watch how you open and set up the product. There's no prep required, nothing to clean up beforehand, and no right or wrong way to do it. Please leave the package sealed until we arrive; that part is essential to the study. Sessions are video recorded so our design team can review them, and all footage is destroyed when the project ends. You'll receive a $100 VISA gift card at the end of the visit.
