Pixel & Timber is a lean, skunkworks-inspired studio consultancy that accelerates new product development by blending user-driven design with Design for Manufacturing (DFM). The Role
We are seeking a high-energy Junior Industrial Designer to join our "Insight to Integration" workflow. You will work directly under our founder, supporting projects from primary ethnographic research through to manufacturing-ready CAD. This is a role for a designer who possesses an indomitable work ethic and a passion for solving core technical problems through beautiful, ergonomic, and manufacturable design.

SKILLS REQUIRED
0 - 5 years of product design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design
Demonstrated Proficiency in Solidworks (not Fusion)
Extremely high level of mechanical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated
NICE TO HAVE
Fabrication skills (e.g. TIG welding, CNC machining, rapid prototyping, sewing, et al.)
